The Facilities Planner/Scheduler will be required to work closely with the customer, engineers, maintenance management, maintenance technicians and various suppliers on a daily basis in order to develop detailed job plans for corrective, project, preventive maintenance activities; create a rolling multi-week maintenance schedule; maintain backlog records by trade; maintain future work load forecast based on client input; conduct weekly maintenance scheduling meetings; participate in maintenance/production meetings; manage planned system/facility outages and communicate planned outage/weekly schedules. The Planner/Scheduler will identify and request parts; manage maintenance documentation; manage quoting activities and update information in the CMMS program.
