Ensures that stand inventory balances to total receipts that each stand has collected via entering the inventory information the stands provide into Aramark’s inventory system. Makes certain each stand is posted after each event. Makes certain all paperwork for each stand is filled out properly and signed by Stand Manager. Audits previous events paperwork. Performs audits of registers during event.


  • Managing all invoices with reviewing and checking weekly statements (entering in GFF and Prima);
  • Collecting and submitting invoices for BCBS, Deloitte and Chicago;
  • Taking care of vendor calls;
  • Supervising CSR’s by ensuring orders are taken timely and accurately;
  • Handling building related issues (calling for service/repairs);
  • Handling clients issues and forwarding them to the correct person;
  • Handling office supplies;
  • Ordering employees shoes from Shoes for Crews;
  • Weekly filing
  • Report AR and follow up with outstanding AR
  • Assist FSD with daily tasks
  • Assist Financial lead to process AP and working with GBS AP

  • Ability to analyze numbers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills required, especially Microsoft Excel, and other database and spreadsheet software.
