AUS operates from over 200 locations nationwide and has an opportunity for a Process and Quality Analyst – Operations Excellence in Burbank, CA.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies and communicates performance improvement opportunities using reporting and analytical techniques.
  • Assists in the maintenance of reporting sites and participates in documenting reporting requirements.
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of root cause data and provides recommendations accordingly.
  • Supports the Operations Excellence and functional teams in the creation, maintenance, and control of all standard operating procedures process documentation and technical writing.
  • Supports new product or process development efforts to ensure these align to organizational objectives, business standards, and customer expectation.
  • Provides reporting on critical-to-quality specifications, test plans, procedures, tools, and meaningful metrics to control all aspects of our business.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years quality, business / operations continuous process improvement management experience
  • Requires advanced MS Office skills particularly with MS Excel, MS Access, SQL preferred but not necessary
