Supervisor-Porter-Delta Club-Citi Field

Aramark @ Citi Field is looking for energetic and self-motivated candidates with a proven track record in providing exemplary guest service in a fast paced and diverse environment, working as part of a team, to assist in the Food Service Operations at Citi Field. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to work all New York Mets home games.
 Season Starts March 29, 2018

Primary responsibility of the Delta Club Porter Supervisor:

  • Schedules, leads and supervises the porters under the direction of the Delta Club managers.
  • Oversees ice production and ensures that all freezer location are adequately filled. This includes monitoring freezers to ensure that they are operating properly.
  • Assigns and schedules task to workers and inspects and ensures work is completed to standards. This includes but is not limited to: trash pick up and disposal;removal of pallets, beer kegs, and bread racks, maintenance of condiment tables, securing shark cages; draining beer portables, mopping spills, cleaning kitchens, draining fryers etc.
  • Staffs and ensures maintenance of cardboard baling area.
  • Enforces employee uniform and dress code.
  • Trains new employees 
  • Monitors hours of staff to limit overtime.


Secondary responsibility: to assist the managers in maintaining safety and sanitation in all of locations. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Work Environment:


  • Front-of-house and/or back-of-house
  • Occasionally inside kitchen area and or dish room; including interaction with heated equipment, steam, loud noises, chemical products, and other at risk conditions.


Travel Requirements:

Little or No Travel (>10%)


Lifting Requirements:

 LIGHT: Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds.

Required Qualifications:



  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry in a fast paced, high volume venue and possess a NYC Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, evenings, and weekend
  • Previous janitorial experience
  • Must be willing to follow all Aramark Safety Standards
