Aramark @ Citi Field is looking for energetic and self-motivated candidates with a proven track record in providing exemplary guest service in a fast paced and diverse environment working as part of a team, to assist in the Food Service Operations at Citi Field. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to work all New York Mets home games. Average shift is 5 hours.
Season starts March 29, 2018
We are seeking Alcohol Compliance Supervisors at Citi Field in Flushing, New York. Home of the New York Mets.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Participates in pre event meetings with other Alcohol Compliance personnel to include reviewing procedures, safety, strategies, paperwork and all other processes and documentation assigned for specific events in relation to alcohol safety.
  • Confirm that each server of alcoholic beverages possesses an active, valid and approved training certification.
  • Check that servers are following proper ID procedures
  • Observe service & sale by employees; intervene questionable situations
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of Aramark's Alcohol policy and state/ federal guidelines (monitoring the service provided to visibly intoxicated guest, enforcing drinking limit, ensuring that hours of service and sales cutoff times are observed)
  • Work with event security & local authorities to intervene when a violation is identified by a guest.
  • Notify & work with management when a violation is identified
  • Ensure that all required alcohol compliance documentation is accurate and properly retained for that specific event and all signage is displayed at each point-of-sale for alcoholic beverages
  • Coordinate alcohol compliance efforts of other supervisory personnel
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring all local, state & federal regulations are followed in relation to the alcohol permit license. Additionally, this role is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with Aramark Alcohol Service Policy and focuses on the employees’ adherence to alcohol service & sales policies. The Alcohol Compliance supervisor will work with local authorities to ensure guest compliance.
The ideal candidate will be available to work all New York Met Home Games.

  • Ability to use confidential information in an appropriate manner and protect employee privacy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision
     making skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends- Weekends are a MUST
  • Previous supervisory experience or experience in the food service industry


Desired Qualifications:



  • 1 year of supervisory experience

  • High school education or equivalent

  • Interest in self development and desire to learn
