Position Summary: The CDL Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of guest and visitors to the Zephyr Cove Resort and attractions. This includes transporting guests from between Zephyr Cove Resort and any designated stops.
•Safely assist guests embarking and disembarking shuttle vehicle
•Follow all posted signs on Aramark properties as well as public roads
•Efficiently utilize down time by fueling, cleaning, etc.
•Learn and memorize Zephyr Cove Tour Bus transportation schedules
•Effectively communicate with guests, employees, and vendors to ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous service
•Diplomatically handle guest complaints
•Fill out DVIR’s accurately on a daily basis
•Complete required reports (i.e. rider tracking) correctly and in a timely manner
•Practice proper fueling/bus wash procedures
•Follow attendance, lunch break, and time clock procedures
•Ability to work a varied schedule
•Understand department policies regarding emergency procedures, radio protocol, and accident procedures
•Report to work in proper uniform and grooming standards
•Maintain positive attitude in high stress situations
•Go the extra mile/follow through to ensure guest satisfaction
•Ability to work with diverse populations in a supportive and positive manner
•Other duties as assigned
Status and Scope:
•Reports to Lodging Transportation Manager
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•Must be able to read, write and clearly understand and speak English
•21 years of age or older
•Must have valid commercial driver’s license, Class B with Passenger endorsement
•Previous driving experience preferred
•3 years of verifiable driving history (CDL and non-CDL)
•Clean driving record
•Willingness to gain a good understanding of all Zephyr Cove Resort activities as well as amenities offered for guests

MEDIUM - Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
