Position Description:


This position is responsible for the management, coordination, and delivery of multiple energy and facilities related engineering services. Services include complex data analysis, software management, and data management and reporting. In addition to self-performing, the position will be responsible for developing and leading a team in the delivery of these services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze multiple data sources to provide the field team with timely and easily understood reporting to assist in the delivery of core service offerings
  • Provides managerial, personal development, and technical direction to the operations support team
  • Coordinates and directs staff assigned to projects on a project by project basis on which technical services will be performed
  • Manage software vendor relationships. Work with the field teams and vendor to identify and implement improvements that will increase efficiency and/or improve the quality of the software
  • Review and edit reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and quality
  • Ensures on-time delivery of reports and accompanying correspondence to clients
  • Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to client needs






  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or facilities related field.
  • 10 plus years experience in the facilities operations or engineering related industry
  • 3 plus years experience managing a team of individuals in the delivery of projects/solutions
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A demonstrable track record of excellent time management skills combined with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • Travel estimated at 10%
