Description:

 
Position Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the employee community.
 
Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Employee Community Manager in preparing dorm rooms for employee arrivals (laundering employee linens, making employee beds, and cleaning employee dorm rooms).
  • Daily cleaning of the employee community restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms and employee areas
  • Daily cleaning of the Admin. Building (vacuuming, dusting, taking out trash).
  • Restocking supplies as needed in the employee restrooms, laundry rooms, etc. 
  • Light maintenance duties: painting, repairs and general upkeep of employee community
  • Have general awareness of employee community regarding morale, safety, cleanliness and upkeep
  • Assist with monthly room inspections.
  • Report all maintenance issues that arise in the employee community
  • Responsible for turning in all lost and found articles to Human Resources.
  • May be required to work evenings, weekends, and/or overtime and in all types of weather (rain, snow or shine)
  • Assists employees as needed and always treats internal guests with respect
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned


Qualifications:

Status and Scope:
Reports to Employee Community Manager
 
Qualifications:
Experience in seasonal, on-sight community living a plus
 
Equipment Used:
Radio; Cleaning Chemicals
 
Travel Requirements:   Little or No Travel (>10%)
 
Lifting Requirements:  
MEDIUM - Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
 
Physical Requirements:          

Frequent: hearning, reaching, speaking, standing and lifting

Constant: bending, seeing and walking
