The Administrative Office Worker must be able to work independently and coordinate with all managers and staff. Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary, as is the ability to quickly learn Aramark and Client software systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. This position reports directly to the Food Service Director (FSD) and will support all office administrative work to include but not limited to:
• Support the finance team by executing all Aramark Cash Handling procedures which will include financial reporting/vault procedures and supporting all events held at the Expo Center.
• Support the FSD with payroll data entry, managing attendance tracking process, managing Non Profit Group scheduling, and other payroll/human resource data entry.
• Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding food and occupational safety
Must have the ability to work an event based schedule which will include evenings and weekends.
Prior experience and understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel.
