We are seeking a Division Manager of Concessions at Citi Field- Home of the New York Mets, in Flushing, New York.
The Division Manager of Concessions is responsible for managing all aspects of the Concessions Operations and Warehouse including; recruiting, training, cost analysis, menu development, sales, purchasing, cost of goods, guest satisfaction, accounting, loss prevention and maintaining the highest standards of quality for all associates, products and services.
Maintain the client relationship at the location, while providing hands on execution management of operations.
•Developing new concepts to increase existing revenue sources for public foods/concessions outlets.
•Partner with the RDM and AGM to plan and execute business development strategy for growth.
•Plan, direct and control services to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs.
•Interact successfully with the client management team
•Recruitment and development of new and existing managers
•Interact daily with the client and client's customers and associates.
