Description:

Management position, responsible for developing and executing custodial solutions to meet customer needs. Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Leadership - Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance. Ensure facilities services connects to the appropriate Executional Framework. Consistently utilize the Aranark coaching model. Reward and recognize employees. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
  • Client Relationship - Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationship. Deliver and model customer service programs as the foundation for delivering excellent customer service. Identify client needs and communicate operational progress. Develop custodial program to meet client and customer demands and specifications.
  • Financial Performance - Responsible for building revenue and managing budget which includes labor, supplies, equipment and related services/materials as well as ensuring the completion and maintenance of P&L statements. Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, eliminate custom/manual reports. Understand performance metrics, data, and order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
  • Productivity - Implement and maintain leadership agenda for both labor and facilities initiatives. Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management. Full compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals for facilities and labor targets.

Additional Responsibilites:

  • Manage and supervise all cleaning and custodial operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach for the customer.

  •  Previous experience managing a team of housekeeping employees (Daily, Event, Post-Event, Sub-Contractor) in an Sports & Entertainment environment (Stadiums, Arenas, Convention Centers) to include schedules, organization, discipline, preferred, but not required.
  •  Previous experience managing a Housekeeping department of 30+ employees
  •  Advanced knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures in a Sports & Entertainment environment (Stadiums,   Arenas, Convention Centers) preferred, but not required.
  •  Experience managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation coaching and development.
  •  Ability to work with client and anticipate their needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask.
  •  Experience utilizing CMMA, application, or technology to preform Quality control manage work orders, preferred, but   not required.
  •  Ability to maintain budget and find efficiencies in the operation.
  •  Proven excellence of Customer Service.
  •  Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within Housekeeping department, as well as LEED.
  •  Proven comfort and experience interacting effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele.
  •  Demonstrated sound organizational skills.
  •  Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Proven Job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
  •  Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.


Qualifications:
  • Requires at least 3 years experience and up to 2 years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
