This is a position will be a hourly Community Manager (for Social Media)
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual to join our team to help us increase brand awareness and create excitement for the business. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites.
Planning and goal setting of the company’s social platforms
Assist in the creation of a marketing plan and strategy
Oversee the continued implementation and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Collect and compile quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns; analyze data and make recommendations to improve effectiveness
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy calendar
Monitor analytics and website/social media content
Report on KPIs and customer feedback
Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
Develop and expand community interest
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, web, direct mail)
Help organize marketing events “gather and create useful reports from consumer feedback with suggested action plans”
Design experienced a plus- Adobe Illustrator, PPT, photoshop, etc.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years work experience in food service
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
Work Environment: Unit offices, back-of-house. Involves repetitive motion.
