Description:

Job Summary: The NPO Program Assistant is responsible for assisting the NPO Manager and HR Manager with administrative tasks.

 

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive completed NPO program and member applications and process, file and upkeep as mandated by Aramark's NPO guidelines.
  • Coordinate NPO training classes and keep detailed records of training requirements.
  • Update TABC and member rosters to prepare check-in materials for all events.
  • Assist with the NPO check-in process and stand checks for events.
  • Maintain orderly and complete files for all groups and members
  • Upkeep the NPO recognition and information bulletin board.
  • Participate as an overall member of the HR Administrative team - assisting employees questions, supporting job fairs, answering phones, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional image
