The primary responsibility of this position is to maximize service levels to our guests of The MS Dixie ll, Tahoe Queen and the Paradise. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, food & beverage quality and consistency while at all times driving sales and controlling costs. PLEASE REPLACE THE ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH THE FOLLOWING: Takes Customer food and beverage orders; delivers orders from kitchen and bar. Prompt order pick-up and delivery to customers' tables. Performs opening and closing side work as directed. Abides by and upholds overall "be the difference" guest service standards. Abides by and upholds kitchen and restaurant service standards. Follows proper employee health & hygiene practices. Abides by all proper surface and equipment sanitations procedures. Performs job duties in a safe manner and follows company safety policies and procedures.
