The NPO Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the NPO Manager. These duties may include, updating NPO Database, preparing gate lists, NPO Volunteer newsletter, final event day preparations and event day operations as pertained to NPO check-ins and check-outs. This includes coordination of uniforms, lunches and NPO stand and security badges and assisting with NPO check-in and check-out for all events. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities - including but not limited to: • Filing, updating and processing of all documents and NPO Database • Ordering, organization and recording of uniforms and badges • Ordering and organization of lunches for NPO volunteers. • Ordering and preparation of NPO check-in tables, including supporting material • Provide building security with staffing lists prior to and after each event • Prepare staffing summary for each event • Provide operational assistance during events • Maintaining inventory of NPO stand badges and NPO security badges. • Collect uniforms and badges during NPO check-out for all events.

Reports to Human Resources Manager
2-5 years in office setting and administrative functions, experience in HR preferred, ability to maintain confidentiality.
