Provides general support in functional areas at a large manufacturing facility, with heavy emphasis on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Develops HR programs and is responsible for daily administrative operational support for the department. Committed to preserving the ideals of producing safe bakery foods for the consumer and customer by upholding high quality standards.
Provides overall administrative support for the Human Resources department and assigned business areas.
Assists with on-boarding /off-boarding, benefits administration, training and development and implementation of new initiatives.
Coordinates recruitment, job classifications, terminations, benefits, compensation, HR policy administration and training.
Recruits, interviews, checks reference, extend employment offers, coordinates the hiring process, and conducts orientation for new employees.
Updates all HR systems as necessary for new hires, separations, payroll information and automated candidate tracking systems.
Supports compensation administration (payroll)
Assists with the coordination of the performance review process

3-5 years Human Resource generalist/recruiting experience gained within a fast paced environment. Associates
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or closely related field preferred. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow through.
Good organizational skills, prospecting and follow-up skills
Ability to work with and preserve sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient technology skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, email systems and experience using HRIS systems for data storage and recruitment.
