Essential Functions:
Meal Plan Associates will assist the Unit Marketing Manager with meal plan development, promotions, active selling, product sampling, and advertising.

• Must be knowledgeable about meal plans, Dining Dollars, and FGCU Dining locations

• Must be able to assist in training new FGCU Dining team members
• Effectively communicate information from management to customers, students, and parents
• Adheres to all policies/procedures set forth in the student handbook
• Presents him/herself in a professional manner

• Understanding of general functions of FGCU Dining locations

Qualifications:

• Background and interest in Marketing, Management, and/or Advertising and Promotions
• Previous food service experience a plus but not necessary
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
• Must be a good role model with work practices
• Computer knowledge is highly recommended
• Ability to work and communicate with others
• Ability to peer mediate
• Self motivated
• Must attend Mandatory Student Training Sessions offered during semesters
