ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Summary: Ushers/Ticket takers will ensure all arena customer service needs are met during events.  Ushers/Ticket takers will greet guests at entrance and direct them to their seats.  Ushers/Ticket Takers may also help answer general venue questions.

     

     

    Qualifications: Friendly and personable.  Excellent customer service skills required.  Must work well with others.  Must have night and weekend availability.  Position requires walking long and standing for long periods of time.  Position requires walking up and down stairs for extended periods of time.  Position requires wearing a uniform. Must have ability to understand and communicate oral and written instructions in English.

     

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    • Greet all guests and welcome them to the arena.
    • Admit guests into venue who presents valid ticket, pass or credentials. Deny access to those who did not.
    • Provide guests with directions or other venue information as requested.
    • Direct guests to their seats.
    • Monitor guest conduct and notify supervisor or security of any suspicious activity or any customer service issues that may require further assistance.
    • Act upon all comments and complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
    • Complete all other reasonable tasks assigned by management, which employee is capable of completing.

     



Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
