Description:

Position Summary:

The Concierge/Greeter is responsible for greeting and acknowledging all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provides quick, responsive customer service and information necessary to result in a meaningful visit. Concierge/Greeter services include a friendly, professional scripted greeting, assisting with directions, wheelchairs, looking up patient location, and maintaining a clean environment. Concierge/Greeter employees must be highly qualified to complete their job. They must have excellent communication skills, work well with others and show compassion. Concierge/Greeter employees must be able to effectively deal with difficult situations and resolve customer service concerns. Concierge/Greeter must be able to act independently and make accurate decisions. Concierge/Greeter employees must be able to push/walk/climb and lift material or equipment up to 50 pounds.


 
Essential Functions:

  • Compile environmental data from all outlets utilizing Microsoft Excel, data base, and various point of sales software programs.   
  • Compile notes from all meetings and send out to the team.
  • Work closely with Purchasing Supervisor in all components to coordinate deliveries and reconcile purchase orders.
  • Assist HR, Accounting and GM with day to day functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy
  • Report to work on time and in complete uniform
  • Other duties as assigned

 



Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Prior experience and understanding of  Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel.
 
Equipment Used:
Telephone, Calculator,Photocopier,MICROS POS System, Computer, Fax Machine
 
Travel Requirements:   Little or No Travel (>10%)
 
Lifting Requirements: 
LIGHT - Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds
