Description:

Position Summary: 

 

The Snowmobile Front Desk Worker provides customer service, POS transactions and assistance to guests that are visiting the resort for the purpose of participating in a snowmobile tour.  They also must dispense information on the phone and to guests about the snowmobile tours and all resort operations as well.

  • The Front Desk Worker must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have basic computer and POS skills
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Reports to office and mountain supervisors and Director of Operations.


Essential Functions:

 

  • Maintains an amicable attitude toward guests and employees at all times.
  • Performs accurate transactions of cash and charge cards between office and guest.
  • Clearly explains content of contracts and liability waivers.
  • Effectively communicates with area supervisors to coordinate rentals and tours.
  • Maintains clean work area in the rental and lobby.
  • Obtain accurate rental and customer information.
  • Abides by and upholds all guest service standards.
  • Provides prompt customer service and rental contract delivery to customers.
  • Performs opening and closing side work as needed.
  • Performs job duties in a safe manner and follows company safety policies and procedures.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.
  • Abides by and upholds all Aramark policies.


Status and Scope:

 

  • Reports to Snowmobile Office Supervisor 
  • Position requires a strong customer service focus, strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work efficiently – prepared to help wherever needed


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in English language both spoken and written
  • Computer literate in MS Office programs; some experience with property management systems preferred
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Willingness to gain a good understanding of location and surrounding area, becoming fully knowledgeable on all activities and amenities offered

Travel Requirements:   Little or No Travel (>10%)
 
Lifting Requirements:  
SEDENTARY - Lifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying small items (files, manuals, binders)
