Position Summary:
The Office Worker must be able to work independently and coordinate with all managers and staff as instructed.    Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary, as is the ability to quickly learn the tool control system and other software systems as indicated.  Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Manage all reporting for environmental and sustainability, follow up on all purchase orders and reconcile received goods with Purchasing Supervisor/Building Manager and Finance Office Manager.  Work closely with Administrative - Office Worker, Building, General, District and Office Managers.  Assist on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Tasks in the Maintenance Shop and have control of the tool inventory. 
Essential Functions:

  • Compile tool control data from all tool bags, maintenance techs and shop tools utilizing Microsoft Excel, data base but not limited to other software programs as receives instructions and support. Keep up with files.
  • Compile notes from all meetings, tool control list, special tool list, inventory of shop and individual tool bags.  Keep control of sign out tool bags to the team.  File and organized for access in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with administrators in all components to coordinate deliveries and reconcile purchase orders.
  • Assist in HR functions when requested, Accounting and GM with day to day functions.
  • Learn the tools by name and specifications that will help identify them and handling them safe. 
  • Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy.
  • Report to work on time and in business casual attire.  
  • Other duties as assigned and needed.  Be willing to assist and learn to support the Facilities Team. 



Prior experience and understanding of  Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel.

Travel Requirements:   Little or No Travel (>10%)
Lifting Requirements: 
LIGHT - Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds
