Job Summary: The Catering Coordinator works on the Conference Services team at Deloitte and coordinates all catering for the meetings held on-premise. This includes working closely with our Premier Caterer, 1st and Fresh catering, along with other vendors. You are responsible for assisting in menu creation, placing all orders, coordinating staff delivery schedule and basic financial for individual orders.
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Place all catering orders
- Daily Creation of Catering Grid
-Orders and Confirm all catering orders daily
-Coordinates any additional staffing needs
-Works directly with clients on menu customization
-Handle any pricing or receipts assistance
-Manages Catertrax Site and Any Changes Needed
-Works with Kitchen supervisor to ensure all safety and sanitation expectations are being met.
-Creates custom Greenhouse menus as needed (weekly)
-Managed Champagne Inventory for Greenhouse (daily)
-Assist meeting coordinators as needed with booking meeting space and answering phones for conference center
