Job Summary: Administrative Clerks are responsible for assisting managers with administrative tasks such as ordering inventory and logging invoices. This individual works closely with the Production Manager/Location Manager to ensure that products are ordered, logged and reported in a timely fashion.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Includes I-9 Management. iCIMS experience a plus.
Prefer experience with Kronos as will be monitoring employees time, entering Meal and Pharmacy deductions, running various reports
Track employee Vacation and PTO hours
Maintain employee personnel and training files
Oversee Healthstream enrollment and tracking module completions
Prepare Power Point presentations
Oversee client Room Scheduling ?

Work Environment: Unit offices, back-of-house, and other locations on campus.
