  • Lead the client relationship on high profile accounts
  • Identify and pursue minimum $400K annually in growth opportunities in line with the Engineering Consulting Service’s strategic goals focused on existing ES clients and relationships
  • Assume point of contact relationship through the development of proposals in response to and aligned with client’s needs and expectations
  • Provide expert subject matter knowledge in support of project needs.
  • Manage the proposed service within the approved budget with the manpower assigned to exceed client’s expectations
  • Identify new areas of opportunity for ES services and secure agreement from client or partner firm
  • Support service requests for technical expertise as it pertains to satisfying client goals and service commitments
  • Support and share cost-effective operating techniques with others within Aramark
  • Development and championing of standardized project deliverables and outcomes and how they apply to individual roles
  • Approves invoicing and manages accounts receivables for managed projects
  • Lead client meetings and demonstrate expert level of technical capabilities
  • Direct the organization and preparation of the project through assembling needed project information, tools and work documents to industry standards in timely manner
  • Oversee and perform Field Observations to meet the proposal and client expectations
  • Collect, Compile and Analyze Data, Schedule and direct hands-on-field work and provide calculations and provide regular client, FLM and DM communication and reports
  • Lead the presentation of project deliverables to the Client and Generate financial impact reports
  • Finalize invoicing and secure final payment and client recommendations
  • Develop process improvement suggestions as required
  • Mentoring other through shared technical knowledge to support the technical growth of other with the group.
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational and computer skills are necessary, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to complete work within a specified time to support deadlines and financial obligations.
  • Reports directly to the Sr Manager, Engineering Solutions
  • Responsible for leading the execution of professional services within the region and supporting national strategic goals and commissioning objectives
  • Lead the client relationship at strategic, high-visibility accounts and actively leading the business development effort for sub-regional accounts
  • Expert technical and commissioning program management skills
  • Ability to present to others and develop relationships with a customer service mindset..
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse internal and external (customer) team.
  • Demonstrated technical writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to adjust schedule to meet tight timelines and commitments.
  • High level communication skills; interact with clients, vendors and internal Aramark personnel

  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or Technical Related Field
  • Commissioning Certification Preferred (BCA, ASHRAE, UoW or AEE)
  • 10+ years of experience in the building systems industry with a minimum of 4 years of direct commissioning industry experience
  • Demonstrate successful execution of the Cx process for the assigned service on a minimum of 25 projects (or $1.25M Revenue), including project support staff within allocated budgets
  • Secure 10 (or $500K Revenue) new ES revenue driving engagements from existing clients or directly referred from existing clients
  • Maintain regular (5 per year) communication with a minimum of 10 client/partner relationships
  • Technical leadership to regional and/or national team members sharing expertise.
  • Leadership skills required to develop and implement a new process, procedure or area of improvement for the ES team.
  • Development of performance based relationships with client and key customers
