Position Description:


Reports to AVP of Brand Development


This exciting and creative role focuses on implementing modern, exciting brands in workplace cafes within a regional geography.  You’ll work with multiple business functions in a hands-on role, to create retail destinations that drive customer engagement and loyalty.  This role is best suited to those who are a student of exceptional food destinations, with a passion for how food and beverage are merchandised and how employees deliver exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implements brand packages and innovation opportunities into new and existing workplace cafes
  • Coaches and trains site level managers on retail and brand elements
  • Influences without formal authority, and can present to a wide range of internal and external audiences
  • Presents information with a natural passion, as a retail food and beverage expert
  • Track and present the business growth generated through your role
  • Assists Business Development process by providing exciting brand materials
  • Applying modern food presentation approaches to a wide variety of locations with varying footprints
  • **This position can sit anywhere in the country. 


  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of operations experience with increasing responsibility
  •  Brand implementation or development and a culinary or food business background
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels and disciplines across the organization
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change
  • Draws on diverse resources to make decisions with a combination of creativity and rigour

Please note that this position requires 80% travel.
